How do I access the service?

If you have a learning disability, physical disability, a mental health condition or are older, and you have a support need; then by completing a Self-Assessment you may be allocated your own personal support budget. For more information on assessments visit Direct.gov.uk 

With this budget, or if you are funding support yourself, you can directly employ a Personal Assistant to help you. This gives you more choice and control about when, how and by whom your support or care is provided.

As part of a not-for-profit organisation, we charge customers a minimal fee for using our service. All fees are used for matching, training and vetting of PAs.
